Terms of stay

  1. Check-In and Check-Out:

    • Check-in time: 2:00 PM
    • Check-out time: 12:00 NN

      • Check-in time is from 2:00PM onwards while check-out time is at 12:00NN. The Hotel will exert effort but cannot guarantee to accommodate early check-in prior to the standard check-in time depending on room availability.
      • Early check in and late check out of guests will be charged with Php 500.00 per hour.

       

  2. Reservation and Cancellation:

    • Terms and conditions apply.

  3. Smoking Policy:

    • Aya Hotel is a smoke-free property. There is a designated area for smoking.

  4. Guest Behavior:

    • Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner, maintaining a quiet and peaceful environment for all guests.
    • Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in eviction without a refund.

  5. Damages and Losses:

    • Guests are responsible for any damages or losses caused to hotel property during their stay.
    • Charges for damages will be billed to the guest.

  6. Privacy and Data:

    • The hotel respects guest privacy and handles personal data in accordance with relevant data protection laws.

  7. Guest Satisfaction:

    • Your feedback is important to us. If you encounter any issues during your stay, please inform our staff promptly so that we can address them.

Сancellation policy

  • Under the terms of this agreement, AYA Hotel and Residences has reserved your guest rooms. In the event these services and facilities are not to be used, the Hotel will experience significant monetary loss which will be difficult to calculate due to uncertainty and cost of obtaining replacement business. Therefore, it is agreed that for no shows or any cancellations, the following shall apply:

     

    • Cancellations made seven (7) days prior to your check-in date will be charged 50% of the total rooms for the whole duration of the stay.

     

    • Cancellations made three (3) days prior to your check-in date will be charged 100% of the total rooms for the whole duration of the stay. (Non-refundable)

     

    • Early Departure /No-Show will be charged 100% of the total rooms for the whole duration of the stay.
