Cancellation policy

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

To ensure your reserved room remains available exclusively for you, the following cancellation and no-show policy applies to all bookings at AYA Hotel and Residences Clarin:

  • 7 Days Before Check-In
    Cancellations made seven (7) days or more before your check-in date will incur a charge of 50% of the total room cost for the entire stay.
  • 3 Days Before Check-In
    Cancellations made three (3) days before your check-in date will incur a charge of 100% of the total room cost for the entire stay. This booking will be non-refundable.
  • Early Departure or No-Show
    Guests who depart before the scheduled check-out date or fail to arrive for their reservation will be charged 100% of the total room cost for the entire stay.
